Deepak Subramanian is our Founder, CEO with over 15 years of industry experience. Deepak is a strategic recruitment visionary and a passionate C-level search specialist. With his deep experience in recruitment and market understanding, Deepak heads Hiring Protocol in delivering technology driven recruitment and staffing solutions and has had the good fortune of being involved in the hiring of thousands of (business/ functional) leaders/ potential leaders for organizations in multiple sectors including IT Enabled Services, Banking & Financial Services, professional Services, Consulting, Consumer and IT (products and services).
